Ocean Freight

For over 30 years, the international transport of explosives, fireworks, weapons, ammunition and military equipment around the world by sea has been one of the company’s main areas of business.

Wherever possible, hansa-express employees utilize liner shipping to and from European ports for the worldwide shipment of hazardous goods. However, this is often not available due to port or transit port regulations. This means, for example, that only small quantities or no quantities at all of IMO Class 1 may be handled in the port or that shipping companies do not load these materials onto their ships. As an alternative, hansa-express therefore uses charter or part-charter shipping, which has the necessary experience for the sea transport of IMO Class 1 dangerous goods.

Accordingly, we can reach almost any port in the world with these charter ships.
